Bad Business

I work as a service investigator for Business ...I sent my Fax in on time to not have to pay the service charge, they extorted an extra $90 said they did not receive it,the receptionist I would fire being an Owner manager if numerous companys....I if they do not do what they say, please report to your local BBB in your State......
