Negative on CRA, no debt validation letter sent

Hi Nelly,
I am a member of a CRA, was reviewing over my credit score and came upon a negative I was unaware of; From West Asset Mgmt, Inc. I have received no letter from this company in regards to any debt. What is this best way to find out what this is and get it off my credit rating? Thank you!

First, dispute it on your credit report. Second, send a letter (
First, dispute it on your credit report. Second, send a letter (or call) the collection agency and ask them to send you a letter of collection. When you receive it, respond with a DV letter.
