East Side Lenders slapped in WA State

Was perusing the DFI site in Washington State when I came across this little gem:

It's a final order against East Side lenders to cease and desist, banning them from lending here or collecting or causing to collect on any past loans given to WA residents, fines them, etc.
Just thought I would share.

Oh, I almost forgot. It also orders them to remove any reference to any loans they made to Washington residents from all credit reporting agencies. Anyway, you can read the details for yourself at the DFI web site, as linked to in my first post.

Yea! somebody finally got the bastards! Hopefully, other states will follow.
