pn financial phone calls

hi. i have one question before i ask i got a phone about a year ago from pn financial when i lived in hawaii this man said this is pn financial as it showed up on my caller id on phone he said my name is mr.john anderson and you are hereby ordered to pay the sum of $600 and he said he would settle for $500 and he got nasty on phone with me very nasty and he was in florida somewhere, i told him i had no idea what he was talking about and said i never had a credit card and he said yes yes you did so pay up or else you are gonna be in court very soon as tomorrow and he kept on and on i told him hey how did you find me i moved to a nice place and he seemed to gotten my phone number address and ssn and date of birth bank account info how can they get this. now i am in north carolina and got a phone call today from pn financial again stalked me obviously or something this time it was a woman named rachel something she is going the same thing she said i think i better call in the sheriff and come pick you up and place you in jail for $700 and if i pay $200 settlement i told her i dont have a job which is true i do not work i get no money and she said well you better ask someone for some money and pay us i told her no!!! i cannot ask family for money they are on fixed income and we have to pay funeral expenses and we do have to pay that i am going to send you a letter i asked her how you did you find me and get my name address phone number and ssn and all that she did not answer she said its right here we know where you are and where you go. i think someone has been following me a stalker or somebody out there is watching me somehow. i told her off and hung up and had nothing to do with it if the letter comes here i know they snooped where i live i dont know how i can find out how they do this. she claims to be a collection and then say attorney. for those credit card i am so angry and i am about to move to israel because i am jewish and i need to know what should i do how to i get out of this what can i do here i dont know what to do i cant sleep i cant relax nothing i cannot even eat anything this is crazy these people hunting me like a animal being hunted this is far nuts as i can say she did not give me a docket number nothing......
