I'm interpreting the law in MS that a LEGAL payday lender is a brick and mortar office ONLY. Am I correct? Also a payday lenders that solicits by phone, text message, or email and are paper work is done by email is considered a Online lender? I just trying to get my facts straight before I start fighting with the Loan Shop.

I was thinking that would be the easy definition and I afraid that question would come off a little dumb. But I knew the lender would argue with that they were legal, so I wanted to be absolutely sure.
