Just wondering as some of you might know that read a lot here Ive started my default/settlement and its going about as I could expect so far. Nice calls at first now im around 60 days out and they are getting more insistent.

for those of you that did this before me (and got sued) can you give me a rough roundabout figure of how long the lag time was between default and suit filing on the ones you couldnt/wouldnt settle out quickly?

reason Im asking is that im saving everything for my largest creditor BoA so I can eliminate the bulk of my debt at once and so all the way down to my smallest balance card arent getting paid (im paying my smallest to reinforce that im trying to do something with very limited funds, not just walking away from absolutely eveything.

I am also keeping my auto loan completely up to date but I think they expect you to probably pay secured debt first.

Any ideas re: time frame to suit would be appreciated. I know im REALLY early planning this but I hate to get caught flat footed.
