I live in Ohio. One of my payday lenders is Cashland. They are a storefront. I called the store on Wednesday (Aug. 18) and told them that I would not have the money to come in on Friday (Aug. 20) to pay my loan. I asked them if I could make some type of payment arrangements and they said no. On Monday, (Aug. 23) my tried to deposit my check and of course, it did not clear. What am I suppose to do now? :confused:

I had a loan with Cashland awhile ago & they did deposit my check (which didn't clear). They contacted me from the corporate office & let me split the amt into 2 monthly pmts. I'm rid of them now thank God!! You can try the EPP - but I live in Ky & they are not bound by that. God luck to you.
