erroneous credit bureau posting

Asset Acceptance posted a court judgement on my Transunion report that is not my name. The court verifies this, yet I have to go through the dispute proceedure when Asset Acceptance could clear this up immediately. My problem is I don't know which office. There are many Asset Acceptance listed on-line. Help me please know where to start to get this immediately cleared up. I am trying to refinance my home and just found out about this judgement on Transunion.
You need to dispute it with the credit bureaus and send AA a let
You need to dispute it with the credit bureaus and send AA a letter stating this is not your debt and they are erroneously reporting it. I would send your letter to their corporate office.
