Payday Loans in Maryland

I have two payday loans out in the state of Maryland. Well my bank froze the account due NSF caused by the payday loans. What happens if I don't/can't pay them back? Can I be sued or go to jail for that matter? Please help!

Who are the loans through? Were they internet loans? How much did you borrow? How much did you pay back before your account was frozen? Since pdls are illegal in MD, you may not owe anything else.
