If I was previously dismissed with prejudice, can the courts change the judgement without notifying me and take action?

I was one of two people on the claim. I was dismissed, my husband was not. They levied my bank account 2 wks after the judgement. If I was dismissed, can they levy my accounts? If I am recently married to the other person on claim? The accounts levied were my accounts that I had forever and was still under my maiden name... I'm so nervous for this emergency hearing tomorrow
