Wells Fargo credit card settlements

I have a $54,000 credit card and line of credit with wells fargo. Wells fargo charged it off and turned it over to Financial assistance inc. Wells fargo still owns the debt. What is the best settlements anyone had with wells fargo? Also is wells fargo in the habit of suing?
I had a similar balance businessline with wf and settled for .30
