Hello!

I have been reading this forum for about 2 days now. I have learned a lot in the last 2 days I have to say. Everyone here seems to really care about helping others out. That is a great thing. More importantly if you are in a bind lilke many are with the many PDL's they have fell into without even trying. I know, I am one of them. ...

Question:
I have been dealing with "The Cash Spot" for sometime which has now become "Money2Advance" but both use the DBA as ACC aka American Consumer Credit. My question is, I have had many loans with them in the past 2 years. Is it even possilble to ask them for a refund for all the money I have payed them in their finance fees for the loans I have taken out and was constantly taking out again?

If so is there a template letter to use so I can send it them to demand the money for all the money they have stole from me?

Thx!
Keven J

Sure, it's possible, but you will need to be persistent and use all the ammunition you can get your hands on to push them.
Are they an illegal lender in your state?
What state are you in?
As far as a template for a refund, not really. It's best to use your own words, be short and concise and state the facts.

Shazzers,

I reside in florida. I attempted to search for ACC via the link I found in another thread to see if they were licenced in the state of Florida and did not find any thing. Perhaps I am searching in the wrong place.

I have already spoke to the branch manager at the bank I bank at (chase) he is willing to help me collect the data needed with bank statements ect.

Thx for your fast reply!
