If I change from Incharge debt solutions to T&C with all of our credit cards, will the creditors throw a fit and refuse payments? Incharge is letting the creditors do as they please and I am so sick of it. Their statements show payments sent, but the OC's are stating they are not receiving anything, or receiving lower than they payment they agreed to. Input needed.

If the payments are not going to your creditors, you must stop using the program offered by your consolidation company and choose another one. Explain your creditors that you always have been paying your consolidators but they failed to send it to your debt accounts (show proof of your bank statement if they request). Due to this reason, you are willing to change the company and get some relief from your existing financial worries.

After you have got the positive comments from your creditors, talk to T&C and let them know your concern. They will make the required adjustments with your creditors.

Involve your lawyer to find out the crux of the matter from the consolidation company. They must prove where the money has been sent if creditors were not receiving them.

Thank You John. I thought everything was going great and everything was getting paid until the phone cal last night from the OC demanding $105.00. When my husband told them to contact the consolidation company they staed they were the problem and they voluntarily faxed us a copy of payment record showing from of no payment. I wish all creditors were this good at working with their customers.

T&C has been great with the payday lenders. They stand their ground and don't seem to take no crap off of the payday lenders.

You can also try for a consolidation company from this website also. Though they don't take payday loans, but they can work on all other unsecured debts. But I must tell you, whatever I have heard about their partners, they are just great to rely on. I think you can give a try. I am using DebtWave and feel the same as you felt when your creditor gave the statement voluntarily.
