I have over 3000.00 dollars in pdl's. I'am on disability now and no longer able to work. I have stage II breast cancer. Also I have some other bills. My income is only 1415.00 a month. I think that I should file, that is my best out. What do you suggest?

Betty, have you contacted your lenders and asked for an extended payment plan? You might try telling them that you are not able to be garnished and if they sue, they'll end up getting nothing. Normally they only want to give you 4 "paydays" to pay them back, but I think it might behoove you to talk to them and tell them you sincerely want to pay this back but you have to have more time to do so. Ask them to stop debiting your account because that's only extending the time it will take you to pay them back.

I did what you advised me to do I did get a EPP from cashnetusa. they were very nice no problem.First bank of deleware is really something to deal with. SO i'am goning to close my account and pay them by money order and if they dont want to take my payments so be it. Sue me they cant get what I dont have. And they cant garnish my wages because I dont have any. I get social security now. I have worked out a solution to pay off my loans. I have 4 that is 243.90. I will pay out 2 in full, and 2 by using EPP's. The other 3 I will rewrite for 3 months 'and pay them out one by one. by December I will have them all paid out! And that will be the end of payday hell for me!!! thank so much for your help. This site is GOD sent for anyone who is in trouble with payday lenders.
