payday loan threathen to take me to court

I receive a message a guy name dexter coleman from a law office of goldstein henderson & weiss. He actually spoke with my daughter stating that i was going to be sued in my county court and he had the the court number already apparently. I look on BBB and the are an accredited company. I try a reverse address of the address i found online i cant find them. The number that was on my caller id doesnt match the location of the address either. I thought its illegal for a debt collector to leave any personal matter issues with anyone besides yourself. He claim because i put my daughters as personal references they would be brought to court. I never heard of such of thing?
