Thiefs

I was being charged an account that was not even mine, it came from verizon wireless, $1515 dollars. it appeared in my credit report, I called them and told me that I had to pay it, the account was charged off already and I said that I never had opened that account, i made a dispute but no success. I called to make an arrangement because I am trying to buy a house and dont want negative information in mycredit report, they reported as KD since january 2010. they reopened the account and my credit score lowered by 42 points, I was pissed offf. I called them and asked to speak to a Supervisor and they said that there was no supervisor to help me. i dont know what to do now.
