Told im being sued...

I took out a payday loan in nov 2009 from cashnetusa.com. I paid part but defaulted on rest... it was orginally $300 and i know i owed $213 or something like that... i dont have all the details cause it was so long ago... Got a call last week from aig or iag... saying i was going to be sent an affidavit to be sued at home or at work... They want me to pay $1300!! This is CRAZY! need help... I was gonna get on a payment plan with them... but then started reading all this stuff and i dunno if these people are legit or what?! From what ive read cashnetusa isnt too bad... i really dunno... CONFUSED!! NEED HELP!

Ask these collection guys that you would not accept any collection processes if they don't send you a letter validating the debt. Let them send you that in writing. I don't think they will be able to validate it.
