LRA Lighthouse Recovery says they will sue me today

Justin McKinney from Lighthouse Recovery Associates 303-800-1660, is demanding that I send him $336 to pay a payday loan through National Payday Loans that I received in August of 2009. He says that I had a "bad check" returned to them from September 3rd, 2009 in the amount of $300.
I don't give my debit card over the phone, so I sent a money order to the address listed on the email I received. Now they are telling me that this isn't the correct address and I have until today to get the $336 and give him my debit card information.
I'm making a payment, in full. Why would it matter how I did it? Because they are idiots? I got really upset on the phone with his collection manager, Chris Hagerman and said some choice words to him. He hung up on me. I can only get through to LRA when I block my cell phone number.
This Chris Hagerman says that I'm going to end up paying at least $600 in fees because I didn't do what he told to me and since I can't follow his rules and listen to him, they are going to sue me.
I'm getting more and more angry every time I talk to them and I can't keep my words in check. I realize I took out this loan (stupidly) and I am doing what I can to pay it off in full. That's what they want, that's what I'm giving them. Now I'm afraid that because I couldn't keep my words in check, that they are going to go ahead and sue me for being non-compliant or whatever.
I just want them out of my hair. Now they are telling me to fax over a copy of the money order receipt so that they know I sent it, and that when the letter gets forwarded to them from their old address (in a week, Justin says...) then it will be taken care of and done.
5 minutes ago I didn't have a week to get it in, I only had until today. Now all of a sudden I have a week.
I'm filing a million complaints with whomever I can to get these people shut down. This is ridiculous.

first off national payday is more than likely not licensed in your state, therefore are illegal.LRA is not licensed in most states, and even if they were they are collecting on an illegal pdl.doesn't it make you think that they keep threatening lawsuit, but never follow through.a couple of questions.
you said you borrowed 300.00.how much in illegal fees was debited before default?you see you said aug of 09.sounds to me like unless national debited nothing.you only owe 300.00.deduct any so-called fees.for example:
you borrowed 300.00,national debited before default 3 times for 90.00.you only owe 30.00.keep filing complaints.in fact do a search for LRA in the bar top right.you should be able to find an address to send a DV letter.send it certified mail return receipt.also check your state laws in regards to recording calls as if you are a one party state you can record without telling them.why?because per the FDCPA a CA has 30 days from the first threat of a lawsuit to follow through.if they don't then you can sue them.just know LRA is a bottomfeeder that likes to illegaly threaten.

come to think of it, I don't think I've ever received anything in writing from them to validate the debt. I have tried to contact the original creditor, but haven't found any way of contacting National Payday Loan.
