Husband's loans in Illinois

My husband has 3 loans out. They are through Americash, The Cash Store, and Check N Go. The loans were for $600, $900, and $900 and the payments each month total nearly $900.

These were obviously done without my knowledge and are being deducted from our joint account. I am the one having to pay these back now and I cannot afford the payments, much less to pay them off.

The loan stores will not speak to me since I am not listed on the loan.

I am at a complete loss and don't know what I am going to do to ever get out of this situation. Any advice?

why do you have to pay them back if you were not the one who got them. well at least you're sure, they won't go against you, your husband needs to talk to them and ask for payment arragements. I'm currently dealing with The cash store and i was dealing with check n go but i payed them already. Don't break your head and give your husband support to solve the problem together! that is my advice. wish you the best! meanwhile, try to close your account becasue if they don't agree do a payment plan, they will debit your account submitted as checks so unless you close it, they will take your money! trust me been there done that! he needs to talk before it gets worse!
