chase settlement

just got a settlement with chase for 30% of my $9,100 in 3 payments.
I do have a couple more acct. to settle, but I think this was the easiest one to settle. At first they offered me 50% settlement, i waited until 5 days before being charged off, and got the 30% settlement.

In my opinion, it is a nice deal. If you have the means to take
In my opinion, it is a nice deal. If you have the means to take it, you should take it. Chase, generally, don't go too much lower, and the downside is that, they could end up suing for the full balance.
