Extra Cash Live is showing that they have office in 2207 Concord Pike #658, Wilmington, DE - 19803. I don't think they are licensed in Oklahoma.

DJR Group is situated in West Indies and is not licensed to lend anywhere in the US.

East Side Lenders, Mesa Financial, DMA Financial, Jupiter Funding and Zip19 are all illegal in Oklahoma.

I am not sure about Greenlight Funding. I hope someone will give you more info about them.

Remember that if a company is illegal in your state, you are legally bound to pay them only the principal amount borrowed. Send these companies letters stating this info. If you have paid more than the principal amount to any of the PDL companies, then you can ask for a refund and a PIF letter.

You can also file cases against them with the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit.

I am in the same situation. I live in Oklahoma and I have 3 internet loans, all of which are not licensed in Oklahoma. I have paid more than the principal amount and I would like to request a refund and PIF letter. Does anyone have a sample letter? And should this be emailed to them before or after I close my checking account?

I also have fallen prey to one click cash and they have twice now taken for a loan of 300.00 they charged me 120.00 fees.

I was in the same situation. Called the Consumer Credit Protection in my state.... They took care of it just fine. :) Also, don't worry about not paying. Just close your bank account. (My bank was nice enough to just block them.) They cannot take legal action against you for a civil dispute, and also I don't think most of them report to credit bureaus. (Mine didn't.)
