I'm in desperate need of help with these payday loans heres what I owe:
Starcashprocessing borrowed $500 pd so far $650
FNB of delaware borrowed $600 pd $98
mypaydayadvance borrowed $350 pd 210
DJR borrowed $ 250 pd $600

Please someone point me inthe right direction. I live in MS and these are all online sites.

First bank of Delaware is an installment loan and is not subjected to PDL laws of your state. You can contact them and ask for a payment plan. Although they are a little hard to negotiate with, I think you'll get one.

DJR Group is situated in the West Indies. They are illegal. You should ask for a refund from them of $ 350.

Let me get some more info on starcash and mypaydayadvance. I am quite sure that mypaydayadvance is illegal.

I had a suprise loan from Star Cash processing. I had paid the loan back in fee's alone by the time I discovered that they deposited $200 in my account without my authorization. Anyway I have put a hard debit block on my account until I can get it closed and emailed Star the letter about a month ago. I haven't heard a thing from them. I would like to get this resolved before they start the harassing... What is everyone else's experience with Star.. Are they responding to letters????

I wouldn't exactly say the are "legally bound" to pay the principal amount since an illegal lender can't sue them, I would say they are morally bound to at least pay back what they borrowed.

Why can't you close your account? You do realize that your account information has now been compromised right? Illegal lenders share information not only with other illegal lenders but with bottom feeder collection agencies also. Seriously, leaving that account open would not be in your best interest.

Yes you are right Shazzers. There are no legal procedures to pay an illegal payday lender. I agree, it's our moral duty to pay off the amount we have brought from some one. Thanks!!!
