Rec'd a voice mail message from this number and the guy had a VERY strong India accent. Would not tell me what his mailing address is so I could submit and Cease and Desist letter. I told him that I wanted his mailing address so I could send a certified letter requesting that he validate the debt. He said he could not give me a mailing address. I told him, I could not give him any information. He was extremely rude. Shouted on the phone and said that they will file paperwork with the local courts. These guys are a SCAM!

Yes they are. The internet is full of complaints against them. They just threaten people to take out money from them. File a case against the number with your local police authorities. Don't pay heed to their calls.
