If I am Judgement Proof, no assets of any sort. NOTHING! I suffer from Mental Illness and get a SSI check. I pay rent for a bedroom/kitchen priveldges and was informed I must find another place to live by the end of September. By the time I pay rent, and the minimum payment for these loans, I have around a $100.00 to live on. (food, etc.)

What happens if I default on:

PayDay1One

First Bank of Deleware

Uh, considering you have no idea the extent of my illness. How long I have been ill. And the advances that I have had shoved down my throat since I was 13. I must say I actually take offense at your reply.

Since being on SSI for almost 20 years. Trying every new med when they would come on the market. And lets not forget "electroshock". Being homeless at times, and living on the streets. It's only the last year of my life that I felt maybe, maybe, for the first time since before my teenage years, some light was breaking through.

Then I became friends (watch using that word) with a man who offered to rent me a bedroom. He then introduced me to the wonderful world of Computers and how like magic, they gave you money.....that he ended up spending.

And I would love to see the face of the Judge and their Attorneys if I was brought into Court. I'm not actually what you would call....front office material? In fact, you could escort me in and speak on my behalf of the medical advances and you feel I could return to a work force I have never even experienced.

So, yes, their is such a thing as Judgement Free! I have been told my check cannot be touched. But I am worried they may take away my freedom to live on my on, and manage my check. And that I may go to jail.

I may have lost my mind (some days) and my only REAL support, my Parents. I have not lost my sarcasm. It's a freebie you get for being mentally ill. It's helps you to deal with the SANE/NORMAL people of the world. HINT Hint

So whoever you are, would you stick to what ever it is you 100% know.
