Unitedcashloans!!!!!!!! My loan was for $400.00 i paid them close to $1000.00 probably more. They continue to call my work and email me. I recently wrote them and email telling them i tried to track down any info on where they are licensed. They say Oklahoma but there address isnt in Oklahoma. I filed complaints with the Oklahoma Attorney General. They keep saying you dont want this to go to arbitration do you. The way i see it, if in fact they are a legal company they would have no problem taking me to court... right? I really tried to make a reasonalbe settlement just to get them out of my hair but they want $390.00 and are not willing to compramise. I think next time they call i will tell them take me to court. Is this is dumb move? If they are in fact legal it would not be good for me but if they are illgal then they will probably just leave me alone.


If you do a search on this site re. United Cash Loans, you'll see they are one of THE biggest troublemaking PDL's out there. I don't think they're legal anywhere, but what State do you live in? They have an address on Indian land in Miami, Oklahoma so they can hide behind tribal laws, but they'll tell YOU they're 100 percent legit! If they call, just hang up; they've been calling me (either a "live" person or recording) for a long while now - as long as they can call, I can keep hanging up!

Its weird b/c i wont hear from them for awhile and then out of the blue they call my work and i usally say dont call my place of buisness if you wish to contact me it will be through emial only and then i hang up. Next time i will say take me to court.... and then hang up haha. What judeg would ever side with scum like this hmmm let me think none!

That's how they do with me as well; I don't hear from them for a while and then it's like Glenn Glose in "Fatal Attraction," they come back to life! You said you tried to make a settlement to get rid of them but if you've already paid them $1,000 on a $400 loan, as far as I'm concerned, THEY owe YOU! However, we all know what they'll say to that...

omg they just called my work again its the 5th time I have told them to send me to collections. I dont owe them anything and i really really wish they would take me to court so i can prove that they are not licensed. The guy said we are in oklahoma which is so false. All the other companies dont call casue i told them take me to court. I'm still without a bank account b/c im afraid they will find it and drain it. ahhh i dont know what to do with them. I am certainly not paying them one more cent.

Well, they have an address in Oklahoma on Indian tribal lands so they can hide behind tribal laws and avoid prosecution by Federal or State authorities. I've also heard they're located in Shawnee Mission, Kansas, also on Indian lands, so who knows where they're actually at? Lately I've been receiving calls from them w/ an OK area code; don't know if it's a legit # or one they're using from another location. RE your bank account, if you're afraid to open one at the same bank, have you considered another bank?
