Payday debt in Colorado HELP!!
Date: Wed, 09/01/2010 - 16:02
Recently, in Colorado the payday laws changed, and now I’m so over my head in payday loan debt I don’t know what to do or where to start to get out. I cannot even afford the minimum payment which is like $132.00 on a $500 loan. I currently have 8 loans out and don’t know what my options are. I’m not to the point to defaulting or having them harass me, but I’m afraid that’s where I’ll be next month because I cannot afford to pay them. I hold a professional job within the community, and I don’t want them calling my work or friends that are listed on the application. Can anyone provide me with some guidance or assistance? I have loans at:
Ace Cash Express
Check into Cash
Advance America
Money Tree
Speedy Cash
Check City
EZ Money
