False credit report information

WFNNB reported an item on my credit reports as being delinquent in 2004 when in fact it was delinquent in 2001. I never used the card after 2000. As you know after 7.5 years the item should be removed but b/c they delayed the date by 3 years. Therefore delaying the removal by 3 years. It's been so long. I don't have any documents any more. What's a probability of this being removed on a dispute.

I would dispute it with the credit bureau. Tell them the activity dates are not correct, that you haven't used the card since 2000. If WFNNB can confirm activity in 2004, you might be out of luck.
