i am currently with Verizon Wireless service and i purchased a internet card from them. i got orders to go to Korea because im in the Miitary so my mom asked them was the internet card international, and that person told her yet so, apparently when i got to Korea and started using it the bill shoots up to thousands of dollars and then Verizon says that the internet card was not international. I'm just here to get advice on what i can do. I don't have that type of money to giva all at once and is there any grants to be givin at situations as such ?

Who is the person who told you this? What do you mean "internet card"? Mobile broadband card? I am looking at what I think you are talking about and it is pretty clear what coverage is included.
No...there are no grants available to pay off debts.
