I have several PDL's and I can no longer make the payments (I know it was a bad choice but at the time I felt I had no other choice).......any advice on what I can do. Has anyone been through any PDL Deb consolidation companies? Thanks for any advice in advance!!

You've come to the right place. The community has a wealth of knowledge and experience in this area. You will need to provide the following for someone to help you. (This is just so we don't cite the wrong laws for state for example)

State of residence
# of Loans
Name of lenders with the breakdown of the following:
Lender
Amount Borrowed
Amount Paid (Including interest and fees)
Number of times you extended the loan
Whether the loan was obtained online or in a store front

Many states only allow "x" amount of loans to be taken at a time or cap them at $500. Some states don't allow loans to "roll over" or be extended - capping the duration at 31 days.

If you go to that page on the forums and click on the drop-down and select your state you will get a fair amount of info.
