I.R.S VS Creditors

Transfer some property to another person. For under value amount so I could get medical insurance from the state. When I lost my job. Now about ten months later. I fell behind on my bills. Couldn't pay the bill collectors anymore. Now they are taking me to court.
The I.R.S. told me they come first. Any property I transfer belong to them. Until I pay them off, is this true? If a creditor wins a judgment against me. Can they take this property from the parents if I owe the I.R.S. and the I.R.S. states they have rights to this property. If I don't finish making my payments.
Wasn't trying to fraud anyone when I made this transfer. Wasn't in debt with anyone, and was paying my bills on time. Now ten months later owe the I.R.S. and the bill collectors. What will happen to me if the collectors win a judgment against me, and I can only afford to pay the I.R.S. Will my parents be able to keep their property, or will I have screwed some one else.
Can creditors take this property away from my parents, or the I.R.S.?

Yes, and transfer some property to a faimly member. Before I had money trouble. Now I.R.S. told me they have rights to it. They told me if I miss one payment. They can take it. If this wasn't bad enough now the bill collectors want to sue me. Can they take this property aways from my parents. Can they take it away from the I.R.S.?
Wasn't in any trouble with bill when I transfer it. Now after ten months everyone wants their money. Had a drinking problem, and now have been sober for 11 months.
