Chase won't stop the payday lenders from hitting my account

I'm having problems with Chase and closing my account. I'm trying to keep these payday lenders from getting into my account next payday but Chase won't block them from trying to charge my account even after it closes. They say I have a contract with the lenders and I'd be committing fraud. I showed them the letters that I will be sending the lenders saying I revoke their ACH authorization but still they say I have a contract. I live in NY - can someone please give me suggestions?
