Billed in error to me

I received a bill from MCM same last name as mine but first name a male that I have no idea who he is. It was a Verizon Wireless bill for $987.48 sent to my address. Where did they get that? I have never had verizon. I called and a guy named Shawn answered and when I told him I don't know this person he said forget about it and hung up. Totally unprofessional
Send them a Debt Validation letter via CMRRR. Once they receive
Send them a Debt Validation letter via CMRRR. Once they receive it, they cannot continue with the collection process. Follow it up with a Cease and Desist letter which will legally prohibit them from contacting you anymore.
