I live in Louisiana and currently have 4 on line payday loans. The amounts are as follows payday one 1000.00, cashnet usa 300.00, extracash live 700.00, and another one for 300.00 but I can't recall the name of the company at this second. I have gotten in over my head and am not able to continue to pay these loans back. I am considering closing my bank account and trying to make arrangemants to pay each one off one at a time. Can they sue me or garnish my check if I do this? I don't know what else to do. I have bouce stoppers at my bank but they carge 25.00 each time and my limit is 700.00 . I can't get out of the vicious cycle of getting paid and being broke the same day because of these loans. I'm constantly in the negtive. Please help!

Cashnetusa is a legal lender, they have an extended payment plan, but they won't tell you about it, you have to ask for it.

Extracashlive - Is that a store front loan or Internet loan? I am not finding a license for them.

I can't help you with the other lenders unless I know the names of them, and whether they are store front loans or Internet loans.

As far a garnishment, they can only do that if they go to court. They can use a wage assignment though, however, all you have to do is send them a letter via email or through U.S. Postal service that states you are revoking their right to any wage assignments you may have signed, but you have to take a dated copy of that letter and show it to your employer.

Paydayone is a legal lender, they also offer an extended payment plan and are very easy to work with, just explain that you are having a difficult time and need the extended payment plan.
