GC Services took a payment out of my checking account without my permission. I have been working with them for a payment program on a debt. They say I agreed,but if it is as they say,the used deception for me to agree. I told them do not call me anymore. Do I have any recourse?

You cannot tell a CA not to call you. It has to be done in writing per the FDCPA.
