Lost job in 2008 have been working min wage jobs just to keep going, credit rating at this point is poor. All oppertunities i have to wrk good paying jobs cost money upfront to ge started are their any programs for loans that may help me get on my feet

Why would a good job cost YOU money upfront???? Sounds like a scam.
