Hi! I have many payday loans. My storefront loans include Advance America, American Payday Loans, and King of Kash. My on line poans include Cash Call, Payday Max, Pyday Loan Yes, and Check-n Go. My total debt is $10,000. Should I enter a debt settlement program? I can't pay these loans - They are killing me. I live in Kansas - can I get sued? If this isn't my best option - what is?

Advance America and Check n Go are members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America), that means you would be eligible for an extended payment plan, but they won't tell you about it so you will need to request it BEFORE you default, read about it at the link below:
http://www.cfsa.net/public_education_campaign/guidelines/guidelines_extended_payment_plans.html
Some of your other store front lenders may also be members of the CFSA, call them and ask.

Cash Call is not a payday lender so they are not required to follow the payday loan laws, you really need to make payment arrangements with them as they can and will sue you, eventually.

Payday Max and Payday Loan yes are NOT legal lenders in your state, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
