I have answered a complaint from Arrow. I also sent a request for documents to Lawyer. In turn they have answered my answer and denied my denials? and asked court to dismiss my defenses. Do you suggest I act on this or wait until my court date.

Yes, I am assuming. The exact words are Plaintiff demands that the Defendant's Affirmative Defenses be dismissed.

The Defenses I used were:
Lack of Consideration
No damages
Violation f the statute of Fraud
Lack of Privity
and a few others.
