I have answered a complaint from Arrow. I also sent a request for documents to Lawyer. In turn they have answered my answer and denied my denials? and asked court to dismiss my defenses. Do you suggest I act on this or wait until my court date.

1. Lack of Standing
2. Lack of Consideration
3. No damages (may not be an affirmative defense)
4. Usury
5. Breach by other party.

Yes, I am assuming. The exact words are Plaintiff demands that the Defendant's Affirmative Defenses be dismissed.
The Defenses I used were:
Lack of Consideration
No damages
Violation f the statute of Fraud
Lack of Privity
and a few others.
