i have private student loans, i owe a bank some money, and have a few other bills in collection? I need this taken care of within the month. At least a payment plan set up by then????

I have a student loan which i owe 16,858 this loan is in collect
I have a student loan which i owe 16,858 this loan is in collection/charge off status, also a judgement for $948, phone account of a balance $658 status on this account is collections, cable account $653 in collections, credit card for 3,491 collections, i need these accounts to be payed off in the next 5 years what is the best plan for me?
