Debt settlement experience with TruWest Credit Union

Does anyone has experience with debt settlement with TruWest Credit union? I am six month past due on my CC. Any insights would be appreciated.


I don't bank with them, but I am a member at America First CU and I called them today to reach a settlement. I haven't missed any payments, but explained my situation and they were very nice and offered a 75% settlement off the bat. Of course I will try to get it lower, but I feel like CU's really value you, especially the longer you've been with them.
