Between my husband and I, we have 9 payday advance loans. It seems as if we are paying at least 1000 a month just for the fees on these loans. Other bills are being pushed further and further out and I just want to get caught up. Please help with any info you can...
Payday one (Internet) each amount 293.75 total fees paid 601.57
Payday one (Internet) each amount 293.75 total fees paid 514.07
Advance America/cash advance (Internet) each amount 300 total fees paid 810
National payday (Internet) each amount 525i don't know how much fees have been paid, thousands I believe. There is no way for me to find this info out on their website.
Cashnet (Internet) each amount 650. Again, unsure how much in fees paid...in the thousands and only have a phone number or email for contact.
Cashmax, storefront 235.00
Cashmax storefront 235.00
CA check Cashing Stores, storefront 235
CA check Cashing Stores, storefront 300.
Thanks

Payday One, Advance America are licensed in California and you have to pay as per the PDL laws applicable in your state.

National payday is illegal in your state and you are only liable to pay the principal amount you have borrowed.

Please clarify whether it is CashNet USA or not. And regarding the storefront loans, I found Cashmax in the licensee database.

You need to pay them all as per the PDL laws of your state. Click on the following link to know about your states' laws: paydayloaninfo.org/stateinfo/CA.asp
