my wife incurred a serious injury in CA a few years back. The damages owed were to be paid by the insurance carrier. I was sent a past due notice and notified the carrier. I was then told i would have to pay direct. at the same time i was contacted that the bill would go to collections. As a result the bill was paid but my wife has a serious negative mark on her credit score. The case number is 16370826. The biil was paid by me...Larry Kaminski and collections were not necessary. The doctors office said they would clean it up but must have blown it off when paid.
