After a lot of back and forth with Blatt, Hasenmiller, Leibsker & Moore, they have filed an MSJ. This was for an old Capitol One account that is still within SOL.
I answered their summons. They replied back with an additional list of questions. I never answered them. Now they have filed for MSJ.
Is it too late to do anything? Why don't they have to respond to my answers? The MSJ was sent via regular mail from BHL&M directly.

The other questions were done during discovery, you should have answered them even if it was to simply object to them. You can object to the summary judgment. Did you file discovery too? Was anything attached to the summons such as statements or an affidavit? How did you answer?
