Thanks..I was hoping someone would chime in as I have read many posts regarding answers to the emails sent to Lakota by posters. Maybe someone will help me out.

I'm a little hesitant about sending the letter after reading various posts that they go directly to your employer to garnish. I work for a financial institution therefore it might jeopardize my job if some payday loan starts trying to garnish. SC doesn't allow Garnishment anyway, but these guys will try.

Wage garnishment can easily be revoked. Just give your HR deptt the copy of the letter/mail that you will send to Lakota stating that you revoke all ACH authorizations and wage assignments. It will do. Let your employer know that you are fighting with an illegal lender called Lakota Cash.
