Magnum Cash advance changing loan amounts

I hope that I am posting in the right thread. I'm trying to sign in and it won't let me, it's probably me doing something wrong. Anyways, we have several payday loans that we had defaulted on. The one is working with us Advance America, and the other one is Magnum Cash advance. They had originally loaned is $963. The first payment cleared which was $150. Something happened and we couldn't make the second payment, we tried to contact them no answer so I was advised by my bank to put a stop payment on them. The stop payment went through we thought everything was Okay. The next payday they attempted to take another amount over $641. In their initial ACH agreement, it stays they can take out payment but it doesn't say they can change the amount, anyways we had to block them from the bank again. I attempted to contact them let them know they are not legal in my state and we're entitled to pay off the principle. Now he emails me back a different person says we can pay off the original loan amount which is $1,110 that's a lie we borrowed $943 that's with the interested. He said or the 2nd option pay off $561 which is the initial principle on the loan. I need help I find that this fee even if the balance is $561 is the principle amount. What do we do? I Have already filed a complaint on them for unauthorized use of ACH debits against magnum cash advance not sure what else to do now that they keep saying the amounts changed and won't provide me with my original loan contract or a license number for their loan company to operate in our state.

I'm confused. They deposited $561 in your bank account? You've already paid $150. You owe them at least the difference. I found them very easy to work with. Responsive over e-mail and settled for only the balance of the principal. Just told me I'd never be able to get a loan with them again. I said that'd be great! They just responded to my request for a paid in full today within 20 minutes of me requesting it via e-mail.
