PDL are illegal in North Carolina and National Credit Adjusters are trying to collect for 3 internet loans through Sagamore, Hushhawk and DJR Group. I faxed a note regarding not contacting me again and that I would contact them, but they have started contacting e again. National Credit Adjusters are active/licensed in NC to collect, but are they allowed to collect on an illegal PDL?

NO, no one can collect for illegal PDLs. Ask NCA to send you a collection letter after which you can send them a debt validation letter. They won't be able to validate illegal debts.
You can also use the letter to file cases against the CA with your states' AG and the FTC. Best of luck and keep us posted.
