Progressive Loan Assistance

Hello!
I am holding a contract from Progressive Loan Assistance to assist with my numerous payday loans. I have heard that you need to be careful with consolidation companies. Anyone use them? I am nervous and do not want to make a bigger mistake than I already did. I way over did it with payday loans ... learned my lesson. They stated that I will be able to pay balances (which I want to do) because they loaned me the money .. but the interest and charges is what is killing me. Any info is greatly appreciated!
