My bank account was overdrawn today by PDLs that came out last night. I went to close my bank account this week, but I couldn't because my car insurance payment was pending to come out and they wouldn't close it with a pending payment. I'm working with someone to help me consolidate them all and I've been told to stop paying them, but there is no way to shut them out. So, all my PDLs came out last night and my account is overdrawn. I know I'll have a $35 fee for each item that was overdrawn, but my question is, will be bank send back the transactions to the PDL people and I'll only end up overdrawn for the fees, or will I end up overdrawn the amount they tried to take AND the fees? If it's just the fees I can pay those off and close my account, but I can't pay the PDL payments AND the fees.

I'm in Texas. See below for what I have borrowed and what I have paid back so far. ANY advice is welcome. So far, I've sent a letter to PayDayMax. They've blocked access to my account online so I'm assuming they got my letter, but I haven't heard back from them otherwise. Would like to send additional letters, I just don't know who is and who isn't legal in Texas. THANK YOU!!
