AI Leaving messages not identifying who they are calling

Allied Interstate keeps calling and leaving a message. They don't identify who they are calling for. My husband and I have impecable credit, my job requires that i do, so because they don't identify who they want, I will not call back. Is t his the correct course?

AI cannot identify who they are when leaving a message...that would be disclosure. All they can leave is a name and number.
AI collects on federal student loans.....could you have been listed as a reference?
