Are my PDL's illegal?

I live in North Carolina and recently learned through this community that PDL's are prohibited under NC law. I am now starting the process of ending this terrible cycle by closing my bank account and then sending letters.
Can someone tell me if the following are illegel lenders in their state:

USFASTCASH
Collect500
CashonWheels (cannot locate number, address or email)
CashAdvanceNetwork

Also, im currently still paying only the fees associated with the loans. I have overpayed the original loan amounts in fees alone. Can I request a refund in the letters?

All the PDL companies are ILLEGAL in your state. Don't pay them more than the actual amount borrowed. In your letter to them, ask them for a refund (if you have paid more) and a PIF.
