Payment Options with CashNetUSA.com

if anyone has a current loan with CashNetUSA.com, I found out the following if your account is current :
*If you have a very specific situation, the customer service rep can/may (I had pending court fees that have to be paid) defer your loan payment to your next payday by moving the debit entry. They refer to this as an one time customer courtesy. I wanted to hug the rep when she told me this ! I was stressing out over how to do the "roll-over" quickly as it usually takes several days to payoff/re-apply/deposit..and the court fees have to be paid on the due-date.
In California, I believe it is illegal to simply pay interest on an loan - you have to pay off in full and then re-apply. so I was looking at a debit of $300.00 on my up-coming paycheck. but I needed the funds to cover court fees. The customer service rep also told me that they do offer a payment plan. But it seems that you (the customer) has to initiate the process. In my case - and it appears to be similar to Check-n-Go in the state of California - the loan is paid back with entries of $75.00 per pay period, which would mean 4 payments to payoff the loan. but I don't know if the payment plans are geared to state rules or if the amount dictates the number of fixed repayments.
hope this helps others --

Thanks for the info, Ohioal1. I called CashNetUSA and they agreed to stop all charges and set up a payment plan for 5 payments that I will use a prepaid debit card for.
That's great! They normally won't allow more than 4 payments.
